So what does it mean to be exclusive in China only?
I chose this option when creating my account because I didn’t do any business with Chinese libraries before but I now realize that this might not mean what I thought it means.
All my tracks are uploaded already on libraries based in in Europe and US like Pond5 or AJ. Can I upload those tracks here under “Exclusive in China” agreement or not? If not, is it possible to change my account to non-exclusive?
07/25/2019 09:59 #1212441Hi
You can be a Chinese exclusive author on 100Audio.
Exclusive in China: Authorize 100Audio to sell your works exclusively in China (including mainland China, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and the Taiwan Region). That is, you can not authorize any other * Chinese* companies to sell your works.
Hope that helps.07/26/2019 00:25 #1214002Ok, so I am allowed to upload tracks that have already been uploaded on Pond5 (Ireland) and Audiojungle (AUS/US)?

In fact, it’s not allowed to upload the tracks which under your worldwide exclusive account on 100Audio as a Chinese exclusive author.
But you can upload the tracks that haven’t uploaded on the exclusive account.
Hope that helps. -
