Hi, I have successfully uploaded a lot of tracks, but every now and then some of my tracks get declined because “the item cannot be proved”. For example right now my Emotional Dance item got declined. So I started to save the cert.zip folders to see if I missed the screenshot or the midi / wav file. However, in this case, my original uploaded certification folder has both the midi file and the screenshot, so I can’t see what could be the problem. Please help in fixing this, thank you! Davide

good luck!Not for this track… I will try; I can see that midi exporting can have some problems (but I hadn’t problems with many tracks…). However another track got declined but already had a wav of the bassline. Thanks for your help!
bass line?? When I send a lead track I send a mp3 with the melodic line…, maybe some kind of bassline could be too generic for original certification?
May be… for midi I understand that could not be always certified, so for all midi projects I’ll export a top line in mp3. However, bass lines aren’t generic in my cases!!! (it’s my main instrument, and for my funky tracks it does stand out, or at least 100audio reviewers’ should clearly match the tracks’ wav with the bass’s mp3). Thanks for your help!

Sorry for the late reply because of our statutory holiday. After a double check, your tracks are declined automatically because of the certification files. We would offer you some proposals.
It may be a better choice for you to convert the main melody’s track of a single instrument into MP3 format file. However, normally bass sound is a medium or low frequency part in music. It would be hard to recognize as certification files. So, we recommend that you upload the MP3 format file of another main instrument.

Have a nice day!Hello. My track is rejected, it’s not entirely clear what that means. I would like to clarify what I need to do? Here is a comment “Please attach a valid work link” and “Please check again whether your information submitted is in conformity with the specification”.
When I sent, I inserted a working link to the track and made a specification.
Thanks Leila for your help. There’s one particular track that has been declined but it’s still present in My Musics, although with the following note: “(This item cannot be proved）Good Day (5 Versions)”. For the other declined tracks the situation was different, because one they got declined they disappeared from My Musics and so I can re-upload them again with the correct certification. How can I do to take this track away in order to re-upload it again? Thanks, Davide

Have a nice day!I followed this link to edit the “If you need to edit a published item, please click on this link. Your edit needs to be reviewed again.” but there is no possibility to edit this track, what do I need to do in this case?
Actually the link leads to the Add Music page, so basically you need to re-upload the track with a correct Certification (now I’m not using anymore the midi export option since it’s not working all the times… so I always put a top lead or instrument mp3 as suggested above)
