It does not allow me to upload the authorization file, when I try to send the tracks I get a notice that says “Please enter a valid URL.” where you load the zip file correctly. Is there a fault in the system?

1. Would you please take a screenshot of the problem?
2. We have checked and have not received your files with your signature. A bank supplementary agreement will be sent to your registered email after you complete or revise your bank info. Then you should sign and send back to our email for approval according to the instruction. Then your account will pass this “pending review”. Look forward to your feedback.
